Purpose: Polypropylene fibers are used in precast concrete products, including pipes, pavers, wall panels, engineering structures as auxiliary reinforcement. 
 
The use of Polypropylene fiber avoids cracking on the surface of casted concrete.
 
Fiber consisting of fibers with a diameter of 20-50 microns and a length of 3 to 12 mm, for example, is suitable for reinforcing cement-sand screed, and for plaster and putty materials.
 
Fiber with fibers 18 mm long is used for reinforcement of concrete and cement screeds, shotcrete. The optimal length of the fibers allows the fiber to mix well in the solution, evenly distributing and reinforcing it throughout the volume, which prevents the formation of internal defects of the screed.
 
Polypropylene fiber helps to reduce the time of primary and final solidification of the solution; in the process of shrinkage, the solution is not stratified, water separation and the formation of microcracks are significantly reduced.

Dosage: Fiber is introduced into solutions and concrete in a ratio of 0.6 kg/1m3, up to - 1 kg/m3.
