Muscovite is a layered potassium silicate belonging to the mica group. These are colorless or white crystals, which due to additional impurities can acquire yellow, pink, brown, gray or green shades. The overall appearance of the crystals is complemented by silky, glass and pearlescent luster. 

 

Muscovite crystals have a layered structure resembling scales or leaf plates of different shapes and sizes.

 

Mica can be used to create decorative concrete / plasters/paints

 

Mica is available in the form of flakes up to 20 mm and fine particles 2-5 mm
