The deposited components of the concrete mixture are loaded into the mixer tank, inside which a rotary blade activator with an additional rotor without an electric drive is installed.
 
Mixing is carried out by the blades, which are attached to the racks, and the rotor. The design of the blade mounting unit allows their free movement in two directions, which provides the ability to adjust the gap between the blades, the bottom and the walls of the mixer tank. The mechanism of unloading the finished mixture consists of a sector-type gate driven, both in manual mode and by means of a pneumatic drive, it is also possible to install a hydraulic or Electromechanical drive. The slide gate provides the output of the mixture, the volume of which is regulated by the value of the gate opening. Due to the presence of peripheral scrapers, fast and complete cleaning of the walls of the mixer tank is achieved.
